Tor portable?

Is it possible to make Tor (http://tor.eff.org/) Portable?
Maybe Tor+privoxy+vidalia bundle...

Solution found: http://wiki.noreply.org/noreply/TheOnionRouter/TorUsb - but it only for lunux os...

Ok...

How i can create portableapp launcher that call this:

start .\PortableTor\Privoxy\privoxy.exe ".\PortableTor\Privoxy\config.txt"
start .\PortableTor\Vidalia\vidalia.exe --datadir ".\PortableTor\Vidalia\"
