I apologize in advance if this has already been discussed. No, I did not search I would even know what keywords to use. Is there a program that would condense a couple of files like an .exe, .ini, and maybe a few more into a single .exe?

There are 2-3 solutions.
- Installer system like NSIS that will decompress everything to temp and run from there.
- Thinstall, it creates a virtual file system to make the app see things that don't exist. 3000$
- Mole Box. Also commercial, but much cheaper. I don't remember if it can combine .ini and similiar files (I'm quite sure it can embed dlls). I saw a demo more than a year ago and don't remember too much, it may even not exist anymore. Search if you want it.

Any NSIS. If it takes program skills I don't really think I can do it yet. I'm learning C# right now on my own.

Yes, it does.
I searched for MoleBox again, it wasn't hard

59$ version can embed data files, 119$ one - also dlls.
You can download a fully functional 15-day trial.
The site says that apps packed with it show a reminder (and I remember that year ago it was so), but now they don't

Is there a place I can learn NSIS. It's summer break I guess I have the time.

It has a really good wiki. I don't know anything better.
