I am able to connect up with my other IM (MSN, Yahoo, ICQ) But not with Gtalk (Following the GTalk conection for Gaim, at Gtalk).
Any Ideas?

Then that is NOT supported in anything but Google Talk. But, if you follow the Google Talk directions for configuring Gaim to use the Jabber protocol, they should work just fine.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
I have followed the directions and it dosen't work.
Was wondering why.

You seeing an error message at all? I just tried it and it appears to have connected (of course, I don't know anyone that uses Google Talk, so I have noone to try chatting with). Any chance you're behind a firewall?

I have GTalk if you want to test

The only error message is that it fails to connect. The firewall should not affect it since the firewall should report if it does stop it, and that the other mesengers (Yahoo, ICQ, MSN) connect without problem.

I followed Google's directions for configuring Gaim to work with Google Chat (more or less). I'm using Portable Gaim 2.0 Beta, it works, except for Voice chating/talking.

I followed Google's directions, but still having connection error. Can you please tell us which 'less' consists of? Obviously you've done something different from Google's instructions. Thanks
