Has anybody here checked out Meebo? It is a web-based instant messaging client that supports AIM, MSN, Yahoo!, and Jabber/GTalk. It seems to work fairly well.

Why not Gaim, Trillian, or Miranda? Theyre already portable, and links are on this site (but I forgot where)

Portable Apps are cool. End of story.
If your hurting for space or just want a simple to use IM client, than this might be for you. Also, remember this is just a sugestion, I'm not trying to make John obselete (which will never happen, so don't worry about that). Finally, did you actually try it before you posted????

I agree, but notice that if there's already Portable Gaim and Miranda(which is portable itself) noone will need to create another IM. Those two are covering nearly all World's IM protocols

This is a great website i say props for the promo! meebo is great ie you forgot you're usb drive and need to talk.
It's a cool concept, but I won't try it. I'm not big on giving my IM or email passwords to a random 3rd party that I don't know. (Same reason I don't use those online IMAP-based webmail programs that a few 3rd parties have available)
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
