I installed the extension for PokerTH Portable, but I cannot launch the program. I have tried several times and I have even downloaded it several times to make sure I got the whole file. It installs fine and then when I restart my portableapps menu I can see the link to PokerTH. When I click on it nothing happens. Anybody have any ideas? Does it happen to anyone else?

What operating system? What other apps running? Did you try running PokerTHPortable.exe directly?

I am running Win XP Pro. I did try to run PokerTHPortable.exe directly from my computer before I installed it on my portable drive, but that did not work either. Any ideas?
Could you try installing a local copy of PokerTH itself. If it doesn't work, then it could be a video driver issue or something.
