can you provide a link to download the portable version please? I have been looking for a protable version for a while now and maybe it can be added to the development catagory on this site. The link you provided goes to the site that the program came from not the portable application.
If you just use gamemaker and put it onto your device it is portable, so far i have run into no problems
I think the only problem is you have to reenter the key, so keep a text file with the key on it
The program probably uses the registry to store its key settings. Take a look at my Reg Rapper program in the Beta testing forum to see if that might help you out. Just follow the instructions in the readme file to find the registry key that stores the key, When I get a chance I will look into it. Let me know what you find.

Here is the portable version Take It Here but I am aware that if you want it registered you have to re-register it on each computer you use it on and anyone else using portable gamemaker will be registered as you fom that machine
