DM2 is a great program and wold be even beter if it was portable. And i no the has been a post for this program before.

Of its settings seem to be contained in an INI file. I can create you a launcher and put it in the PortableApps.com Format if you want? But I don't see any other way to make it portable.

Already is portable. Right there on usb drive.
Prior versions were portable...no registry, no stray files, etc. I am not sure about this version because I ended up using AutoHotkey scripts for most of my needs.
The Problem is I think it needs admin privileges to run

on my work pc which has very strict group policy settings.
I've used this one for a few months, and recommended it before.
I got it from PortableFreeware.com.
Definitely portable, not sure how stealthy (never checked) but I believe it only writes to ini in its own folder.
Very useful tool for manipulating your workspace -
Use virtual desktops, minimize windows to floating icons or to tray or to caption bar, volume control plugin, and more.
Combinations of mouse buttons and hot-keys can be user-defined.

I have to take issue with you on this for two reasons:
1) A "great" program that does WHAT, exactly?...
2) It 'wold' be even better if we knew what it was, and where to get it, yo...
