Every time I start my portable firefox, all my bookmarks are deleted and the bookmark toolbar reappear even though I made it disappear the last time I use the program. So is this a bug or I got a virus somewhere?

I've been using firefox for a few months but today when entered my firefox password, the password box popped up again and again. I had to terminate the application to get rid of the password box.

I tried reinstalling the application which works ok but when I copied my old data folder back i got the repeated password box again.
