Pencil Portable is the popular Pencil graphics editor and 2D animator packaged in a portable format. It lets you create cartoon animation using both vector and bitmap formats. Plus, it leaves no personal information behind on the machine you run it on, so you can take your graphics editor wherever you go.

You're using the donation button from OSK Portable. If you use the one from the help file in one of the newer test apps like DOSBox, it's a generic one for "PortableApps.com's development and hosting" which we'll be using for all apps from now on.

Is there language support available ? For German ?
Okay I've made a image. But know I've tried to save to any file type I can think of, and none of them seem to work. There are no suggestions in the save file dialog. What are you supposed to save to?

16x16 - 256 color
16x16 - Win XP
32x32 - 256 color
32x32 - Win XP
48x48 - 256 color
48x48 - Win XP

And I think it could be a problem that they point to the drive letter. This app may take more work than you thought Ryan, the keys are:

It's just aMSN has pluggins adjusted to the drive letter, so John adjusts the drive letter.

I know what you mean, but it's going to be considerably harder to do, because it uses registry keys instead of files. I may just delete the whole registry key instead.

Or, if keys are only stored in the last entry? Are they? Backup the original keys, let the new keys import when the program starts, replace the last keys after the drive letter, export the keys on close, delete the tree structure, put the local keys back. Follow?

Edit: Also, you could rename the key to the current drive letter. Still hard.

Downloaded and tried it out. Works very well and is quite fast.
Only little nibble I have is that when the program is open, the logo for it is not displayed in the title bar.
It's because I made the icon myself for the portable version. I'll send an email to the author to see if he wants to use it before hacking it in myself.
