What about packing the lang files into Toucan and handle them like GIMP and let the user select specific languages?

Is the secure function in Toucan compatible with bmp. (MS paint) files?
The only reason Simeon mentioned the GIMP is because if installs different language, so your comment doesn't seem related to the topic, but can't you just give it a shot to see if it works?

There is no warning or error if you encrypt a file more than once. I mistakenly encrypted a file more than once and then thought the file was corrupt and deleted it. Different display colors or text warnings might prevent these types of casual errors.
version there will be an option to append a different file extension to an encrypted file.

I use FFPortable with Ryans DefaulmyFFP and I had some occasions where it didnt work as expected.
Works now.
