Does anyone know of a free CD/DVD Image creator. The porpose is to create a image to be used for a virtual CD Drive. I don't really care if it's portable I just need it to be free. Any feed back would be greatly appricated.

Infrarecorder can create .iso immages, which would work with a virtual cd drive.
There's actually a portable version in beta right now.
if you go here: https://portableapps.com/node/8035 you'll be able to download it.
Or you could always go with the non-portable version as well

There's also LC ISO Creator, which is a small portable program that can create ISO images from discs when loaded into a CD, DVD, or burner drive. By small I mean 52kb.
