Is it not possible to install the full version of MS Office on my flash drive rather then the portable "OpenOffice" release?
My USB pen drive is 16GB so I am happy to give up the space for this.
I noted from another post that the PortableApps platform only lets you install .paf.exe files, just want to confirm this. I really need to have full MS Access on the move when I'm travelling w/o my laptop.

Ms Office it too tied into the system so it cant be made portable. IN addition to that, the license doesn't allow it.
The Menu picks up any exe file in a subfolder of the PortableApps folder:
G:\PortableApps\PortableAppsMenu
G:\PortableApps\FirefoxPortable\FirefoxPortable.exe
G:\PortableApps\YourAppname\yourapp.exe

Take a look at www.ceedo.com
Have you noticed:
- ceedo is CLOSED SOURCE
- ceedo CHARGES for its use
- ceedo DOESN'T POST a LICENSE
- ceedo DOESN'T say what the 'trial period' is
- ceedo DOESN'T say it is MS Office capable.
Ceedo is basically a U3 clone with all the same problems. I'll stay with Open Source, supported products.
1. it is not tied to the hardware. 2. it has a JauntPE-like addon that costs $30, but JauntPE works a lot better, (it can do Google Earth, which InstallAnything can't).
I know this since I have used Ceedo and U3 before.

Ceedo doesn't let you carry MS Office around with you. It just uses a Microsoft Office install on a local PC if it's there. If MS Office isn't on the local PC, you can't use it.

why not try mojopac?you can take your office with you that way no problem.
