I will try to be as nice as possible. Please don't take offense at anything I say here. I am just trying to help you with forum etiquette.
This is a forum for PortableApps.com not a AIM/yahoo IM session. Punctuation and spelling should be checked. Firefox 2.0 has a built in spell checker for you. You will get a lot more help around here and many forums by being more professional.
Secondly, please search before you post. You will find many forum topics on what you have asked.
Third, in answer to your question. You can use either Toucan 1.1 or TrueCrypt to encrypt a section of your drive and then run your apps and place your sensitive documents from there. I am not sure about Toucan, but TrueCrypt requires admin access which I would doubt you have at school.

Sorry i was typing from my psp and that took me a half an hour during our lunch break. And i had searched but found nothing about an integrated password into portableapps.
I did not search for encryption because i just came to mind as i was typing and i wasn't gonna take the time to retype that entire thing on a psp to go search. At the encryption with admin rights if i encrypt it on my laptop will i be able to access it from a non admin computer at school? And as i said earlier Im just doing this because I tend to leave my flash drive in the computer cause its small, So really i just need a password integrated into portable apps it would be a nice addition but ill go look at the stuff u showed and thanks for the info.

To use TrueCrypt anywhere you need admin rights.
I really don't know enough about Toucan though.

TCExplorer will allow you to access TrueCrypt volumes from non-admin accounts. You cannot mount a drive in this fashion but you can pull and put documents into the TrueCrypt volume. Not a perfect solution, but it will work in a pinch.

Toucan doesnt need admin rights but you cant make containers like the oues in TrueCrypt.
But what about using the wallpaper swapper built into the latest beta and making a wallpaper that says something like "He You! Dont forget your stick!"?

Smithtech's PAM mod, it have a built in password/encryption utility...
If a packet hits a pocket on a socket on a port,
and the bus is interrupted as a very last resort,
and the address of the memory makes your floppy disk abort,
then the socket packet pocket has an error to report
Besides the password software folks have suggested, are you leaving it around because you forget it's there? Why not have it on a longer chain or retractable one, so you can't leave it by accident.
Mine is connected to my wallet, which is right in front of me when I plug it in, so I will always remember it.
