has one but thats only a dictionary. I would like to have something better, too.
“I can live with doubt and uncertainty and not knowing. I think it is much more interesting to live not knowing than to have answers that might be wrong.” - Richard P. Feynman
"What about Love?" - "Overrated. Biochemically no different than eating large quantities of chocolate." - Al Pacino in The Devils Advocate
I use Everest as dictionary that you can find here :
http://www.free-soft.ro/everest/everest.html
and as translator I use :
http://www.nicolaottomano.it/freetranslator.htm
Is it portable?

are both portable application !
Work on StarDict (Google it, I'm not sure of the site). You can get multiple dictionaries with Definitions, French/English dictionaries, Thesauruses and more.

Glad I finally found a good one. It will be quite handy for many if I can make it portable.
