Install Portable CCleaner 2.00 you should see the .exe, a .dll, and three .ini's. Next open CCleaner then go into settings, and click "save settings to .ini" it will now save all setings to that .ini file (which is now in the same folder as CCleaner's .exe and other .ini's.). Now copy the folder that the five files are in to your portable device, and presto it's done. :cool:
