2. Opera will not be done (at least not any time soon) because it is not open-source, and therefore cannot be hosted on Sourceforge
3. Even if John gets a freeware/shareware server going, I doubt it will be a priority since most here prefer Firefox
But I'd hafta add that Opera is more "readily" customizable than FireFox, (or else, more "natively" customizable than same).. .
That is, Opera users don't hafta go downloading tons of "add-ons" for their browser as compared to FF users, 'cuz Opera includes more *native* customizability options than does Firefox.

The link you supplied is already portable and can be used in PAM as is. Just create a folder under PortableApps called Opera-USB and put the files in there. Opera will be found by PAM and displayed in the menus.
I think he wants John to include it in the internet section. However, because there is very little information in the OP, it's hard to know exactly what he wants for sure.
