this would be handy to have. i am shure that the majority of you know what an iso file is. (link if needed) unfortunately i dont know how you are going to do it because the iso recorder that i have in mind is not really software, its a "DLL As An App" type program. it is also exicuted by double clicking a marked .iso file (icon is unique to iso recorder) or right clicking and clicking "Copy Immage To CD". the iso recorder that i know ov is also capeable of making .iso files.
Infrarecorder does have the ability to burn to iso image, as well as as burn from an iso image.

The free version of DeepBurner is not actually portable (it uses %appdata%), but I use it for burning ISOs on my home machine. I like a lot more than the others out there.
