Generally Google Bots are only for indexing your site so that your listing will appear on google.com if the bot is posting then it's because you forgot to set what a bot can do in your forums. I know this as I do webhosting and had that problem too

May I suggest placing the following in your robots.txt file in your web root for starters until you teach yourself what to do.

i signed up for was to have my url submitted to yahoo, ask.com, and google. they have also been "indexing" my site for over 8 months. + if you search "Silers Forums" (the name of my forums) on either of the three search engnes, it doesent pull up my forums.

Getting your page up in google rankings is more complicated than just filling out a submission.
You need people to click your links on google, link to your site on their site, etc.
