Perhaps it's already been noted that WinSCP Portable comes with a "jhaller@portableapps.com" pre-stored session. You can't log in, of course, without a password.
It doesn't show up on the main login dialog. To see it I had to:
1. log into one of my stored sessions
2. Menu Session->New Session..
Good catch...although I don't see the saved session in the latest version from Sourceforge following your directions. Doesn't look to be a saved session in the .ini file before you launch for the first time either. Maybe it was a leftover from a beta version?
