Hi,
I am using a USB flash drive with Portable Apps installed. I would like a portable media player that would use the music files in the 'music' folder as its library. I have tried Portable itunes, but it uses the drive letter of the usb drive to find the allocated library, which means every time I use a different usb port or PC, it can't find the library. Does anyone know a solution?

You can add the following commandline option inside MPlayer to have it use a playlist.
Not exactly what you're seeking, but it's a start. Use Winamp to build the playlist(s). Read the helpfile docs on the -playlist option...it might tkae a relative path as an argument.
Another option is the VLC playlist. See if you can use a relative path pointing to a playlist.
