Network Setup Wizard messed things up.

I ran the NSW when I was trying to figure out how to connect two machines directly with an ethernet cable, and since then, my CoLinux setup has not been able to connect to the internet. It can communicate with the host, but it can't connect to the internet anymore. I am 100% sure this problem is not because of anything with CoLinux. Any ideas to fix this?

BTW, I learned how to connect two machines via ethernet. Turns out I just need a crossover cable.

Need info

You're very vague. What do you use to connect? Router, modem, what? If is a router, then I have no idea. If is a modem, you have to set him up according to your Internet provider. We need more info to solve your problem. (I don't know how to setup networks between PCs, by the way Blum )

A 56k dialup modem to the

A 56k dialup modem to the internet, and a pseudo LAN connection that is taken care of by CoLinux that provides a connection between Windows and Debian (the distro that is being used with CoLinux). For all intents and purposes, I'm connecting to another machine that is running Debian. I still have X and an FTP connection between the two "machines". The problem now is that Windows isn't letting the Debian "machine" use the internet connection anymore. I had it working fine before I ran the wizard.

Vintage!

Well

I suppose that it is because of Windows is blocking CoLinux as it tries to connect to the internet. See if you can set up the networks, and the internet settings. I don't know how networks work, I've already said, but I think that is the solution.
