but i ask myself :
I have a firefox portable on my usb flashdrive, i have moved it to my computer and used it on my computer for the last week or so, but i want to install firefox as a program, not have it portable, but i still want my tabs, passwords and favorites and plugins, how do i do this?

You definitely want to install a local copy of FF.
FFPE is not meant to be run off of a local hd. I am not sure of the issues you might run into, but I know that it is not supported here.

Reverse the procedure for local to portable.

ok thx, ot : how chan i change that when i shiftclick a link it opens in new tab and not in a new window?
I think that is a Tab Mix Plus option.
It is a great extension and has a lot of cool features.

I am not sure if it is under the normal FF options. If it is it would be under Tools>Options>Tabs.

...shift + click do : strg(or ctrl)+ click. It´s no portable issue but a Firefox FAQ, you´ll better find that on Mozilla pages..
