Hey there,
Does anyone know how i can save a website as html + all images + flash etc into a folder to go along with it?
IE6 had an 'offline favorite' option to save websites a certain amount of links deep. I want to do this but not as a favorite, and with multiple links deep.
Any tools to do this seem to have their own cache for it, and i just want a standalone folder with the files in it.
Anyone have an idea of how to do this?

Offline Browsing - Saving web pages
On Firefox: "File" > "Save Page As...". Choose a folder on your pendrive and save it there. Then open the folder with the page, drag it to the Portable Firefox window, Firefox will load it, then right mouse click > "Add to Bookmarks", don't forget to use a relative path (ex: instead of "Z:\Webpage.html" use "\Webpage.html"). Done!!!
Hope to have helped.

Someone mentioned this to me, I have never looked at it so do not count this as a recommendation, just a comment.
httrack.com. I use it all the time. I think I posted a portable version somewhere on here.
I'm working on it for this site, too. It will be using some new registry techniques John implemented to speed things up.

Wow, I just noticed I still had a signature, that's enough of that.
ScrapBook. It's addon for FF, so you don't need external app.

httrack looks perfect actually, i don't need to run it portably, just take the resulting files with me.
