May i ask that: can PAM come with a RecycleBin?
In my notice that, when we are deleting files in USB flash drive and USB hard drive, they(the files) will get deleted straight off(no turning back)! Most of the time users will accidentally miss their files!
Or is there a similar functions open source application that could be intergrate in to PAM menu user-friendly!
with this kind of functions, i hope, we could prevents the important files from accidential-deletion!

It's not PAM that controls this, it's Windows. Windows does not keep a Recycler on removable drives.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
A program called "rubbish bin" here might be modded to work. I havent tried it yet.
It dosen't say on the page what it is coded in. I can't download the source because I'm at school. Otherwise I'd find out what it is programmed with.

And to people in general, I just made a directory on my flash drive called "Trash", gave it a custom icon, and use Convey to move files to it.

Wow, I just noticed I still had a signature, that's enough of that.
I just do the same thing for my SD Card and flash drive (instead of trying to make that portable or trying to talk someone into making it portable).
