SVN Client (GUI)

Hi,
I'd like to know if there's going to be a SVN client with a GUI developed. I found a topic a little while back about SVN clients, but it didn't say if one was to be developed.
Any Responses would be of great help.

Cheers,
Miksago.

I am working on one (RapidSVN)

it can only download from SVN. But for a full-featured SVN client that is portable, download Eclipse (the IDE) and then download the SVN plugin (Subclipse). BTW I am also workin on a Eclipse launcher (to make it fully compatible with the PortableApps Platform, I would do a wholesome version of Eclipse but I think it is illegal to redistribute it with GPLed code)).

Nope.

Perfectly legal. RSSOwl is licensed under the Eclipse Public License, but I still do it. They are completely separate, so they can sit side-by-side legally.
Oops, missed the topic Biggrin

SVN through Eclipse IDE +

SVN through Eclipse IDE + plugin, is a good idea, but sadly that solution is also bloated. Nicer to have a lightweight portable SVN client of simply a few megs in size.

Hmm Im unsure if it would be

Hmm Im unsure if it would be possible but Tortoise SVN and Tortoise CVS would be cool to have. Although it is using the windows explorer as a gui so it might need a visible icon for the launcher and to stop it exit the launcher.

I dont know what rights it would need or if it is even possible to do...
