How to sync my Thunderbird from desktop PC?

Hi everyone, I want to sync my Thunderbird desktop PC with Thunderbird portable in a pen drive. How I fix it? I want to sync all in my device, e-mails, adress book, sent e-mails...

And you are far from the first to complain to someone asking a question that they should be smarter and search first, which implies that they are dumb for asking.

If the question bothers you, skip to the next one. Replies such as yours grow tiring.
