I have tried to install the KeeForm plugin into the present 1.07 version of KeePass, which obviously doesn't work since this is a problem with version 1.07.
This issue was solved in KeePass version 1.08, so i replaced the keepass.exe and keepass.chm files. This upgraded the Portable KeePass to version 1.08, but did not resolve the issue with KeeForm not working.
By the way if you'r not familiar with KeeForm, this is not a regular plug-in. to install one has to add a line to the keepass.ini file. My intuition says that this is somehow why i can't get KeeForm to work.
Any ideas?
I have tried to install the KeeForm plugin into the present 1.07 version of KeePass, which obviously doesn't work since this is a problem with version 1.07. What is the problem with 1.07 and was is solved in 1.08 in relation to the KeeForm plugin?
Reading through the changelog, I don't see anything relating to KeeForm for 1.08.
John would know more about this, but just because the version number is bumped just one tick does not guarantee that 1.07 can be replaced directly with 1.08 cleanly without any changed to the launcher.
You also cite something about the ini being changed. This could affect its overall portability too.

I just started up keepass again and I don't know what changed, but now the plugin works!
Mabe closing and starting keepass did the trick?
As such i can hereby confirm that upgrading keepass to version 1.08 by replacing the program files works.
(PS. the fact that i had to update to keepass 1.08 to have the plugin work in the first place, was mentioned on the website for the plugin KeeForm. also the need to manually change the keepass.ini file is mentioned in the installation guide)
