I would have said this on GTalk, but you weren't on.
If I exclude ".svn", it will only exclude 1 file within the folder but not the other two. No idea why this happens though.

Edit: Nope, still does it. Blank folder for destination and it copies the files within each .svn, but not the folders. Also to note, you should make the log modal instead of modeless. I accidentally hit go twice
