I did interpret it as "when". My bad, but still don't ask. He'll get around to updating them when he can. He's a bit behind b/c a lot of the apps here have recently had updates released, and he still has to have a job and (gasp) a personal life!
That being said, I also can't wait for the new OpenOffice either!
