How to manually assign visible executables PotableApps Launcher

I am using MplayerUI as a portable media player (less CPU intensive then VLC). My problem: In the launcher both MPUI.exe and mplayer.exe are displayed and I need only one. How can I bypass PA's automatic filling of the menu with executables? I was thinking of links/bats. Any ideas?

Similarly I get 4 exe's from Pain.net portable (found it on some french site) and Totalcommander (which I've noticed keeps only it's directory shortcuts on the machine, the rest works just fine).
Also some apps have a before their name (" foobar2000") so they are displayed first, can I reorder them somehow?

MPlayer Portable

Be sure to use MPlayer Portable from here, which uses MPUI and is optimized to be portable. If you want a nightly release of MPlayer rather than the older RC1 included, you can just drop it in.

The ability to hide extra EXEs is coming in the next release of the menu.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Do you know when the next release of the menu with the ability to hide extra EXEs will be released? Love the program.
