I installed my tb portable on my flash drive and it is working well on my home pc but on my office pc it doesn't work and i get the error message" ....time out", any one can help me....

What type of flash drive?
Are you plugged into a USB 2.0 port at work?
What Type of PC at work? Processor, memory?

Are you sure that your office is not using a Proxy? in that case, configure your TB to use proxy...
If a packet hits a pocket on a socket on a port,
and the bus is interrupted as a very last resort,
and the address of the memory makes your floppy disk abort,
then the socket packet pocket has an error to report
As with nearly all office environments, the standard email ports are probably blocked. If they're all blocked, there is no simple end-user workaround. For the technically-minded, you can often set it up to relay from a home box through port 80.
