Hi
I'm writing a Comic Book files reader (Java-Comix) and I have prepared portable version of it (unfortunately only manual installation is required) - soon it will be available from source forge page (I mean the portable version).
But back to the question - how to add a new shortcut to a folder from the USB drive to the menu (like there are Documents, Music, Pictures, Video...)?
I want to have a "Comic books" option there. It would be fallowing path: Documents\Comix
Is it possible to extend that menu?
Thanks in advance,

You can't yet, but you will be able to soon.
And it's not a very good idea anyway since double-clicking the files wouldn't open your portable app anyway.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
associate the files with the program then it would be a good idea.
change the name of one of the default folders - the one You rarely use - to "comics" in Your .locale file? Ok, the path must be set to the original folder name e.g. pictures, but it may work till the next PAM ß.
Or else, P-Start can manage .exes, folders etc You can put it into the PortableApps folder and start it from the PAM https://portableapps.com/node/7290

You can do this in the PAM Mod. Check it out here.

I ran the Comix-Portable app, it started fine w/ PAM 1.0 and after upgrading to PAM 1.1 (beta 4) I can not get the link to open the program. If I want to open Comix I have to open the root file and the start the Comix Window batch file. Has anyone else experience this issue? Is there a workaround?
Thanks
