My program icons are gone, i can still use the programs, but the icon's have gone, and when i try refresh, they are still gone, any idea's how to fix this ??

That would be Windows' icon cache having issues. Usually, a reboot will fix it. You'll probably notice icon weirdness in Explorer and the Windows Start Menu, too.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
Did a reboot, and refreshed the icon cache, (or whatever the windows help page said) and all icons are back, but not PAM
My icons are also AWOL. Every time all the time.
