Portable Download Manager... why not?

In portable Firefox and Opera you can`t pause download and resume some other time (no matter it is saved on usb and not on hard disk). So I think that portable download manager would be great idea.

You might try...

DownThemAll! -- it's a download extension for Firefox. Supports resume, theoretically, but it's never worked for me (though I haven't tested it on a site I know supports resuming).
