I have downloaded 1.0.7 and installed it onto a separate folders in my USB stick.
Now, how do I move my settings, email content, and signature to my 1.0.7 folder from my 1.0.6 folder?

Everything is self-contained in the profile folder. Just copy it from your 1.0.6 copy to your 1.0.7 copy.

What files/folders inside the profile folder are the bare minimum or essential ones to copy over to a new install of PT and still retain only the sent/recieved/saved mail and the address book?
The reason for asking is suppose that the old profile folder has become junked up due to prior mistakes.
Basically, you need to rebuild from scratch (recreate your accounts, reinstall extensions) and then copy your mail and address book from the old to the new. I was planning on writing a Step-By-Step How To for that on my personal site eventually.
