Ok, here's my situation. At work, they have taken away our internet. The only sites we can access are work-related. We've figured out how to get the internet back (Using Firefox Portable on a flash drive.) Here's my question: Quicktime is not installed on my comp at work, anyone know how to install quicktime onto the flash drive? There are no opts when installing it to chose the location of the install.
Any help would be appriciated.
Thanks,
Thadd
Install it at home and copy the files over.
Might not work though...

If you don't need exactly quicktime, maybe VLC would work?
Installing VLC won't help if I'm trying to view something online that requires quicktime.
Also, I tried quicktime alternative. Same problem. It installs directly to the hard drive not the flash drive. I want to get it installed on the flash drive.
..And most of what I can find is failed attempts to make Quick time portable. The closest that I found was on a site from Iran [which I didn't trust enough to test]. Maybe you will have more luck, but I doubt you will find anything.
Also, I learned that VLC Portable doesn't even have a plug-in for Firefox Portable, so that will not work.
Yes, I found it this morning, VLC have a firefox plugin, search in google again, I was looking for VLC plugins... and the only format I couldn't play in VLC is .rm
If a packet hits a pocket on a socket on a port,
and the bus is interrupted as a very last resort,
and the address of the memory makes your floppy disk abort,
then the socket packet pocket has an error to report
Does it work for Portable VLC and Portable Firefox? If so, I probably will be getting it.
Try using the Portable Apps Creator.

It is not completely compiled, due to forum
rules, but it is fairly easy to prepare the creator.
