Hello everyone, here is XNResourceEditor Portable.
If you don't know what XNResourceEditor is, it is a FOSS clone of ResHacker, that is better than ResHacker, since XN has a similiar but prettier interface than RH, also XN has a built-in icon editor, and you can edit XP Manifests.

Sorry I did not use an NSIS installer, but I am new with NSIS, and IDK what license XN is released under so I can't use the Paaps installer, so I 7-Zipped it, it will work with PAM and PAM mods OTB, but you will need to use PAM's install feature or manually select the PortableApps directory. I am planning to make an ArmogohmaSuites NSIS Installer...

Actually, thank me for the icon lol. Thank NeoRame for the splash. That XNRE icon was the first icon I made when I first got into graphic design a few months ago. I have my PSD for it still and can confirm that it is in fact my icon.
Since my icon is only posted in the PNGFactory and in the Icon Box, the due to the license the site attaches to the images, using it here is actually illegal. I honestly don't care, and am glad that NeoRame liked my icon enough to use it. I also plan on releasing all of my icons under the GPL as soon as I get a site set up.
And good work on the app, no registry entries left behind at all.

Yeah you can keep the icon in there. It's unoffically GPL lol. I can't attach a license to it yet because so far the only place i can host them is PngFactory or the icon box on CrystalXP

Its quite alright. I don't mind. Im glad you liked my icon enough to use it. I want my icons to be GPL, but as of now they are only on CrystalXP and CustomXP and both sites attach licenses saying they can be used, but only for personal use. You can ignore those messages for any icon by ZGitRDun8705 from now on when downloading from that site. My icons are unofficially GPL. Just be sure to credit me when u use them.

well its seems as if youve never actually used xnresourceeditor... It has a nice GUI but doesn't carry data overlay (sfx installer is example so If i mod 7zip extracting archive it wont carry compressed archive over to new modded package as reshacker wil

I have used XN a lot, and it does everything I need it to. ResHacker is my fall-back hacker.
Maybe I will create a launcher for ResHacker.
I think reshacker is already portable. (It also leaves no registry setting behind.)

but it is not fully PAF compatible (not fully compatible with the App Data option on the Papps Backup Utility).
lol what would you want to backup??? MRUs? and window location?. I wouldnt want to place reshacker on paf menu (if one was using it) just open up explorer and browse to the directory holding it

sorry for my first statement I came off rude sorry (again), well have you ever tried "hacking" resources of application with data overlays? (ex. 7zip SFX archives)? a old delphi gui shouldn't scare any user off if it is a very powerful one. the (one) thing that xn has that I like is excellent icon editing ability
