only windows 98 through vista.

And once again...

Windows Mobile is *NOT* Windows. It's an entirely different operating systems and it can not run regular Windows apps.

Asking if you can run Windows apps on Windows Mobile is like asking if you can run Mac OS X apps on a Palm Treo.
