Place the Firefox Flash plugin [NPSWF32.dll and perhaps flashplayer.xpt]
into:
[x]:\PATHTO\FirefoxPortable\Data\Plugins
Things have got to get better, they can't get worse, or can they?
[x]:\PATHTO\FirefoxPortable\Data\Plugins
The directory Should be empty [except for a file named plugins_readme.txt] until You put something in it.
I'm not sure if you are asking a question or making a point.
Either way please clarify

I couldn't tell from your comment whether you were having trouble installing Flash or finding it (or both). If the latter, the flash plugin is somewhere around

I meant it as both a statement, and a question. I saw on the firefox page here that there was a flash extension(I'm not talking about a plugin). However, the link is dead, and I cannot find it on any other sites.
