this actually looks like a good program
it made a couple changes in the registry

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Hexplorer\DisplayName: "ICY Hexplorer (remove only)"
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Hexplorer\UninstallString: ""C:\Documents and Settings\\Desktop\New Folder (3)\hexplorer\uninstall.exe""

basically unistall stuff

Extract files using

Extract files using UniversalExtractor from installation and it'll not create registry entries Pardon
