Mir, thank you for providing a link but it is good form to give a short description of the app as well so that those of us who have no interest in the app whatsoever don't have to follow the link just to find out that it is of no interest to us [though I am sure it will be of interest to some members of this group ]

Hey I would like this packaged too but I am uncertain if John would approve the license or if there is a way to make this portable since it is a command line tool. Most binaries of GCC would be dos apps, they may not write to the registry, but that may be an ignorant statement on my part.
MinGW is portable, no modifications are needed.
