I already use both Frostwire and Limewire portably. Just install them as normal and copy the folder contents to a folder on the portable device. All that is needed is for it to be updated to optionally look to John's "Java Portablizer" when they are run on a machine that didn't already have java installed.
I am pretty sure they are not open source...
iLike Macs, iPwn, However you put it... Apple is better ^_^

LimeWire is GPLed and so is FrostWire, the difference between the 2 is that they have different names, FW is not nagware and something else.

Something else as in other stuff.
Other stuff?

FrostWire is Open Source. LimeWire is not.
Umm yeah, they both are....Frostwire is ALMOST Limewire Pro, but those features are totally open source if FW and closed in LW.
