How would one go about connecting to a computer that is behind a router that does not have port forwarding (I HATE my router but my parents won't buy another one).
For example I am at a computer with an IP address of 78.63.49.174 and I want to connect to a computer with the IP address of 75.66.47.255 that is behind a router that ID's the local computer as 192.168.15.4. How could I access that computer remotely without installing any software on the destination pc?
*NOTE: The IP Addresses are NOT REAL and are used only for the purpose of this post

I don't think there is anything, unless you use a Linux live cd. But that is not what you were wanting, was it?
i think you have to open a port on the host PC
Please search before posting. ~Thanks
What I want to do is access a webcam from my home copmuter at a diffrent location.
Might try something like EyeSpyFX Webcam v2.1.
Your router doesn't have port forwarding? Prolly doesn't have UPnP either, does it? Have you done a firmware update?
~Lurk~
yes, firmware is up to date
You could set up reverse SSH tunnel using Putty from your computer behind the router but for that you would need public SSH server. There are several providers out there that offer the service for free, Google around a bit. If this seems too complicated you could use service like LogMeIn http://www.logmein.com.
