VLC logoPortable VLC Media Player 0.8.4a has been released as a multilingual package. Portable VLC is the popular VLC media player packaged as a portable app, so you can take your audio and video files along with everything you need to play them on the go. It plays most types of audio and video files -- including MPEG, WMV, DivX, XviD, ogg, mp3, etc -- and is only about 10MB.

I downloaded your portable ClamAV and tried it
It gave me the following message
