I use firefox portable at office and regular installed version at home. I want to use the profiles etc at the firefox portable as the base and sync up with firefox regular at home. Any Suggestion on how best to do this?

I use the extension Foxmarks , to keep my bookmarks in sync. Works great.
Thanks. I too use one of the bookmarks services (google bookmarks) but my concerns are in the profile, the settings, RSS feeds etc. How do I sync between the office portable and home regular firefox. The reverse is possible I guess (from regular to portable) but not sure on the portable to the regular. Any ideas would help.
It maybe possible to do that with Toucan available from this site. Don't hold me to it though, I haven't personally tried it. Someone with more experience in the matter may come along.
One thing you should consider though is that some settings in normal Firefox could be detrimental to lifespan of flash based drives. That's why they are disabled by default in Firefox Portable.
If you are running FFPE on a flash drive and want to keep it synced the best option would probably be to run a copy of FFPE on your desktop as your default browser. If you are using it on a portable hard drive it shouldn't be much of a problem.
