non-scrolling menu model preferred

Can PAM have an optional menu model like 'Windows -> Start -> All Programs' where you can see all your programs and categories/folders, and simply hovering on and off a category/folder causes it to automatically expand and collapse?

I am still using ASuite because it works this way.

When you have a lot of programs in PAM, even if you categorize them in one of the mods, finding them takes a lot of mouse clicks, or key presses, scrolling (and expanding and collapasing if using a mod) and it is like looking at the world through binoculars.

I know the new PAM is imminent, and we will have to wait to see what it offers but the purpose of this post is two fold. To the programers of the various mods - is it doable? and does anybody else have the same view?

Right now I am pretty sure

Right now I am pretty sure John has recruited most if not all of the various mod makers into to making the official release of PAM.

Thanks for responding to my

Thanks for responding to my post. I wondered why all the menu mod authors have been absent for a while. If you are right do you think John gets them to sign an NDA?

It would be nice to know if a non-scrolling menu was possible.
