Anyone have a an idea of how to change to an alternate icon for the PAM? I have two versions of PAM running from seperate USB drives (one for work, one for personal) and it can become confusing to know which one is which. A simple alternate icon color would be enough for me to clear this up...

What version of the menu do you have?
If you have the latest beta the Icons are in /PortableApps/PortableAppsMenu/App/DefaultData/IconTheme.
Just make sure the new ones have the same name the old ones had

Do you mean for the tray icon or the icons used in the menu?
The answer above is to change the icons used in the menu.
To replace the tray icon, you will either have to recompile the source code with a new icon, or use something like Resource Hacker to replace it.
