Anything thats similar to flashget?

Hi y'all I was wondering if there are any download accelerators that are being worked on? please dont flame me if it has been asked already

There is a few being worked on, infact. There's a official pre-release of WackGet Portable in the beta testing forums that was never released as it didn't get much testing. I was also working on WinWGet Portable at one point, and it works pretty well to, also using wget as a backend. Also, I've always been using DownThemAll (a Firefox extension) with Firefox Portable with no problem, but I can't verify it is portable.

I also think Free Download Manager may be able to have the option to run portably if I remember correctly, however I could be wrong.

You'll have to search the forums for the other downloads managers I mentioned.
