Hi. I'd like to put forward my accounts software: Adminsoft Accounts
This is fully portable in that it will run off ZIP disk, USB stick, etc. It does not mess around with the registry, or require any DLL's to be installed in the Windows folder. There is one exception though, if you want to email directly from the accounts software, it does require DLL's installed (which it will do automatically, after asking the user if this is what they want to do).
Adminsoft Accounts has been developed using Microsoft Visual FoxPro v6.0 Which is an oldish product now, but unlike the later versions, the run time DLLs do not require installation, they can just sit in the same folder as the rest of the application.
The software is Freeware. Though some features are unusable after a period of time unless you purchase a Software Registration Key.
More info can be found on the web site www.adminsoftware.biz
Open source license, on the other hand, allow you to both modify an app and redistribute your new version, making these the apps that are the most likely candidantes.
from your description

here at portableapps.com we are (for right now) only doing opensource apps. This is most advantagous to us as opensource licenses will allow us to redistribute the apps. So as of right now we can not make your app portable.
Also by just looking at your description we probably won't be able to make it portable because of the fact that it is payware. One thing that won't change (i hope) is that the apps are all free to download and redistribute. Therefore unless you make that app of yours opensource or at least freeware it will not be accepted
Sorry...

Haven't been back to this site in a while, so thought I'd give you an update.
Adminsoft Accounts is now Freeware. It can be used, fully functioning, with no time out, and no advert popups. The app is not restricted in any way.
I notice you still haven't got an accounts system listed (that I could see). So this would be a good addition to your site.
