Well, I have finally finished the project that I promised to everyone 1 year and 7 weeks ago. I am sorry to have kept everyone in the dark who wanted a portable Mac. So here it is, a 11 page tutorial that I have made in two evenings, that tells you everything you need to know about creating your very own Mac-on-a-Stick. I haven't checked for everything in the tutorial, but I have ran through it once when I was writing it. So if you find any problems, something missing, or spelling and grammar mistakes (Word marks a lot of the programs' and formats' names wrong, so I really didn't want to have to go through that), just post a reply here and I'll try to fix it. The included document is a Word 97-2003 RTF, to ensure maximum compatibility. All you need is Word or Word Viewer to view this document. Remember to hold down <Ctrl> while clicking the links so that you actually follow them. Do note that if you do copy and paste, don't copy whatever punctuation marks that follows it. Only copy the blue and underlined characters. Thanks and enjoy!

Because that my tutorial is officially on the PA wiki, I had to change my license (not as there were any :)) to a CC license. And because I don't want to have to re upload everything just because I updated the license, I'll state it here.

It'd be nice if the Mac-on-a-Stick page on the main site would have a link to my tutorial. Could somebody do that? Thanks.
That is one seriously impressive tutorial, it looks to have just the right level of detail. One quick point though, in your post I think you meant to say "Remember to hold down Ctrl when clicking the links..."
Hehe. Right. I think I did write that somewhere, but maybe I accidentally erased it? I'll fix that.
UPDATE: There we go. It seems that the forum interpreted "<Ctrl>" as a tag, so it didn't display.

I can't access mediafire right now, can you please email it to [z r hudock {at} adelphia {dot} net] (remove all the spaces and replace the items in {} with their respective symbols. Thank you.

I have sent you two emails containing all the files that I've made except for the System 7.5.3 Install CD (reason explained in message). Hopefully you can get the rest of the files you need. Enjoy!
UPDATE: Apparently, your mail box is too full to handle my first message. Tell me when you've freed some room. Also, I'm not sure if I've got your email right. Is it zrhudock or z_r_hudock or z.r.hudock or is it with spaces? It's possible that I might have delivered the message to the wrong person...
UPDATE: Weird. I can't seem to send the second part of the files, even though the size is below 7 MB...

send it to [zachary{dot}hudock{at}gmail{dot}com] instead....my adelphia count is nearly completely empty....only 2% of inbox full, and i still got a bounced message from you.

I have finished sending all of the files that I have created for the tutorial to you. The rest you'd have to download yourself. Hopefully it doesn't bounce.

Considered making a HTML version?
You can create a page on the wiki and add it there if you wish.

I just got some time and created a wiki page, with proper formatting. All I have to do now is to add the screenshots.
Now, time for some stats.
51 guides has been downloaded
6 boot disks
1 7.0.1 install disk set
4 7.5.3 install CD set
1 ready-made 7.0.1 HD
4 ready-made 7.5.3 HD
Looks like most of the people just wanted to get the Mac part...
UPDATE: All done! Wiki page is now complete. I'm going to try uploading the support files on Vetusware.

For your information, it should be CC licensed, as per the license at the bottom.

I've changed the license to the same CC license on the wiki. The change is reflected both in the wiki page and at the top of this topic.
